[TERRESTRIAL]; very small race ; Original label in W. T. Brigham's handwriting. W.T.B. told me years ago that Kao gave the Museum quantities of landshells in return for C.R.Bishop's helping him through the Kamehameha School. Kao did a lot of collecting with Olson, the first principal of Kamehameha School in the late 80's or early 90's. C.M.C. Jr. 28 Feb 1938
