Substrate: [TERRESTRIAL]; locality= "This lot 17971-95 came as one lot of specimens to the museum. C. kalalauensis was definitely located by Judd from Milolii. As there is such a large series of Am. sphaerica and as this species is abundant at Puukapele with L. balteata & L. tenebrosa I think it wise to assume that this lot represents at least 2 localities Milolii & Puukapele."
